When a person is faced with difficult circumstances, such as a serious illness, divorce, or loss of a loved one, they often feel like they are walking their journey all alone. As friends and family we usually offer our support in the beginning; however, the journey of healing lasts for an extended period of time. Busyness with our own lives can cause us to forget that our loved one is still working through some very difficult stuff. Our hope at InJoyBox is to provide you with a tangible way to show your loved one that they are not forgotten and they are not walking this road alone. Our subscription options provide you with an easy way to provide encouragement each month.

Yes. We offer 3 different boxes. For Her, For Him, and For Kids.

Yes! We stand behind every box. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the box along with all of the *unused products. See Return Policy

  • Unused = unopened, still in packaging with original stickers and tags

We will send you an email as soon as your order ships

  • 1x order’s:
    • Shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order.
    • Your box should arrive in 2-5 business days after being shipped.
  • Subscription orders:
    • 1st month is Shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order.
    • Your box should arrive in 2-5 business days after being shipped.
    • Following months are shipped on the 15th of the month.
  • Allow additional delivery time for Alaska and Hawaii

We do not ship internationally at this time.

For 1x orders you will be billed when you place your order 

For 3, 6, or 12 month plans, you will be billed for 1 order when you sign up. You will then be billed on the 15th of each consecutive month which is 1 month before the next box ships. Boxes ship on the 15th. For example, if you sign up for a 3, 6, or 12 month plan on May 5th you will be billed on May 5th and your 1st box will ship out within 3 business days. You will also be billed on May 15th for the box that will ship out on June 15th. You will make a total of 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments depending on what plan you sign up for. All subscription plans automatically end at the end of the 3, 6, or 12 month period.

For 3, 6, or 12 month pre-pay orders, you will be billed for the entire 3, 6, or 12 month period immediately. Pre-paid orders are non-refundable.

We believe that each individual and each situation is unique. That is why we personalize every box. Each box is personalized in the following ways:

  •  An item specially picked for that individual based on the information that you provide to us about them
  • A handwritten note of encouragement from the InJoy Team
  • Your personal note that you provide us at checkout
  • We don’t want to give away all of our secrets but we also include surprise personalized items in each box. 
  • Because we believe that prayer moves mountains, every box is prayed over before it is shipped out

How does it work?

  • You purchase a set number of boxes for the year and then as needs arrive throughout the year you just let us know when and where to send them.

Absolutely! We all need a little extra joy in our life.


If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date(15th). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. To cancel your subscription, login to your account to view and make changes to or cancel. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. 

Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

The For Kids box is intended for children 3-12 years old. Because of potential small parts, the For Kids boxes should not be sent to children under 3 years old. For children older than 12, we recommend the For Her or For Him boxes.
