As friends and family we usually offer our support in the beginning; however, the journey of healing lasts for an extended period of time. Busyness with our own lives can cause us to forget that our loved one is still working through some very difficult stuff. Our hope at InJoyBox is to provide you with a tangible way to show your loved one that they are not forgotten and they are not walking this road alone. Our subscription options provide you with an easy way to provide encouragement each month.

InJoyBox isn’t just for those going through a difficult season.  Every box is filled with fun and encouraging items that are perfect for every occasion.  Our customers love to send them as birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, or just because. And they are the perfect self-care option!

Yes. We offer 3 different boxes. For Her, For Him, For Kids.  We also offer the InJoyBox Mini which includes 3-4 items.

We believe that each individual and each situation is unique. That is why we personalize every box. Each box is personalized in the following ways:

  • 1 personalized item with the recipients name or initials
  • A handwritten note of encouragement from the InJoyBox Team
  • Your personal note that you provide us at checkout
  • Whenever possible we do our best to tailor some of the items in the box to the person based on the information you provide us
  • Because we believe that prayer moves mountains, every box is prayed over before it is shipped out

InJoyBox Mini is a smaller version of the InJoyBox.  It includes 4-5 items including 1 item personalized with the name of the recipient.  A handwritten letter of encouragement from the InJoyBox team and a note from you is also included.  You may purchase the InJoyBox Mini as a one time order, or as a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription. 

Yes! We stand behind every box. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the box along with all of the *unused products. See Return Policy

For 1x orders you will be billed when you place your order and your box will ship on the 15th of the month. 

For 3, 6, or 12 month plans, you will be billed when you place your order and you will be billed each consecutive month.   Boxes ship on the 15th of each month.   For example, if you sign up for a 3, 6, or 12 month plan on May 3rd you will be billed immediately and your 1st box will ship out on May 15th. You will then be billed each consecutive month on the same day (+/- a day) that you placed your initial order. You will make a total of 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments depending on what plan you sign up for.  All subscription plans automatically end at the end of the 3, 6, or 12 month period and you may cancel at any time.

For prepaid plans, you will be billed when you place your order.  Depending on the plan you choose you will either receive 1 box each month for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.  Boxes ship on the 15th of each month. *Prepaid plans are non refundable

All boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.  Your box should arrive in 2-5 business days after being shipped.  Allow additional delivery time for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.  Past boxes and individual products ship within 3 business days.

We understand that there are times when you will want your box to be delivered as soon as possible or around a certain date (for birthdays, etc.).  Contact us at and we will work with you to deliver your box sooner.

The For Kids box is intended for children 3-12 years old. Because of potential small parts, the For Kids boxes should not be sent to children under 3 years old. For children older than 15, we recommend the For Her or For Him boxes.

  • You purchase a set number of boxes for the year and then as needs arrive throughout the year you just let us know when and where to send them.

If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription, you must do so before the next bill date (day you signed up). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. To cancel your subscription, login to your account to view and make changes to or cancel. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. 

*Pre-paid subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing a Prepaid Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for 3, 6, or 12 months of service. By purchasing a Prepaid Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your pre-payment is non-refundable.
